Founded in 1965, Ward Mechanical Equipment, Inc. has built a reputation for delivering the largest selection of high-quality Heating, Vntilation, and Air Conditioning products. Beyond merely meeting demand, we pride ourselves on providing the technical expertise and responsive service our customers require to thrive. This commitment to a customer-focused approach has propelled our growth from a small business in Jackson to a statewide presence across Mississippi and into parts of Louisiana—and we’re still expanding.

What began as a modest operation in the home of founders Tom and Fran Ward has evolved into a multi-million-dollar mechanical equipment company. Today, under the strategic ownership of partner Devere McLennan, we are excited to announce our recent expansion into a modern, 15,000-square-foot warehouse. Our ever-expanding inventory of top-tier products, combined with additional sales support and a new 7,000-square-foot office complex, positions Ward Mechanical Equipment as one of the South’s premier suppliers.
